Resting Deer

The kids looked out the kitchen window at lunchtime, and told me there was a deer laying in the back yard. I figured it was back in the woods a bit, since they sometimes rest out there from the heat of the day. Nope, this deer was resting behind the playset. I took pictures out the window (Simon has the good camera at the racetrack, so I had limited zoom ability), since the kids didn't want me to disturb it.
