Blue Lightning - Game 1

The Blue Lightning had their first T-ball game this evening. It's a high scoring game at this age because there are few outs and pretty much everyone gets a hit. They played for three innings and I think the score was 12-14 (the league limits a team to five runs an inning to keep the game moving).

Boo was up to bat twice. The first time she didn't run quite fast enough, and was thrown out at first. The second time she singled and eventually scored. Here she is getting ready to whack the ball ... then crossing home plate two batters later.
