Lemon Crowns

The kids are doing a cooking camp in the afternoons this week. Yesterday they brought home lemons cut into "crowns". They have offered to make crowns out of fruit for me to use as garnish the next time we have a party. Fortunately that isn't something that happens often, as I'm not sure I can handle supervising their use of sharp knives.
