Variable Temperatures

We jumped right into summer the past couple of weeks, with temperatures in the 80's. Of course it will be even warmer when it is summer here, but this is plenty warm for shorts and sweating. A cold front came through yesterday evening, so we're supposed to have a week of upper-60's to low-70's. Glorious! The forecast for today is "only" mid-60's, so I told the kids they could wear long pants and even a long-sleeved shirt if they wanted (I've been battling with Norman to get him into shorts -- what's with this kid?!). Boo decided she wanted to wear shorts (actually a short-sleeved playdress with capri leggings) and a sweater. Not only was it handmade with love by GramMarion, but Boo thinks the buttons are bee-you-tee-full.
