Today was supposed to be the Preschool Fall Songfest at DA. Unfortunately the power went out about 30 minutes before it was supposed to start ... and didn't come back on again until about two hours later. They postponed the program until Monday, but had the classroom receptions anyway. Boo's class made both pumpkin and banana breads for the occasion. Yum! I watched her play a bit:
Then we ate at her desk and she drew me a picture:
The children were asked wear a white shirt for the program, and each class had a different color bandanna around their necks. I'm sure it will look spiffy when they're all lined up in the auditorium on Monday. Hopefully I'll remember the camera again to take pictures of the actual event.
