The Songfest happened on Monday without a hitch. All the songs involved colors, hence the name of the program and the colorful bandannas. The two pre-kindergarten classes are lined up in front, while the four kindergarten classes are in groups across the bleachers. Boo's class is on the far right, wearing lavender bandannas. She is on the end of the second row from the bottom.

Here's a closer shot of the end with her class. They're singing "Lavender's Blue" and doing a two handed wave with their arms on the "dilly, dilly" part. Yup, the show involved not just singing, but choreographed motions too.

Here's the list of songs from the program:
- I Can Sing a Rainbow
- The Red, Red Robbin
- Shades of Green
- Lavender's Blue
- Yellow Brick Road
- True Colors
- De Colores
- Over the Rainbow
Boo can sing them all, and does frequently. The funny thing is that Norman sings along with her since he remembers them from his kindergarten songfest. Not that he ever wandered around singing them when he was in kindergarten, mind you.
