Father's Day

Like last year, the kids wanted to do everything as part of our Father's Day celebration. We started with an early breakfast at Elmo's:

[ASIDE: Celebratory pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream disappeared this year. We flew home from the UK on our anniversary, and had to leave for the airport very early in the morning. For both Mother's Day and my birthday, we had Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast instead.]

The kids gave Daddy (or Dadeey as Boo wrote) a personalized greeting card and photo mug from snapfish. This is the picture on the mug (taken after their final soccer games while Simon was out of town):

We spent a couple of hours at the pool after lunch ...

... then had a rushed teatime before the 5:05 Durham Bulls' game.

We lasted through the end of the game, and even stuck around to let the kids run the bases afterward. It was a long day for the kids, with lots of Daddy loving.
