After Boo put the snails back in the rose bed, the kids decided to catch lightning bugs again. They stuck as many as they could find into an old plastic container that Boo had been using to store rocks. They weren't finished when it was time for dinner, so Simon punched a few airholes in the lid. They caught a few more after we ate, then released them all before heading inside for bathtime.
Boo is trying to give rabbit ears to Norman in this picture, but she isn't tall enough for them to show over his head.
