LS Field Day

Friday was Field Day for the Lower School, and I was a parent volunteer for that event too. We helped the PE teachers set up a bunch of activities: volleyball, flag football, soccer, sack races, hula hoops, hurdles, Ga Ga, and a wading pool for various water-themed relays. I stayed for the first half (first and second graders), and wound up helping with the water area. I only saw Norman briefly when he waved to me as the kids first arrived. I finished a bit early (the wading pool needed to be emptied and refilled for the third and fourth graders coming next), so I went looking for Norman. I found him in the Ga Ga hexagon, where he appeared to be having a lot of fun.
