The Lasers - X

The Lasers played a makeup game tonight for their final game of the season. Simon went to the game with Norman while I stayed home and put Boo to bed, so this is a second-hand report. In the three innings they played, Norman made it to bat once. He singled on the first pitch, which also drove a player home. He ultimately slid feet first into home for a run. I don't think he needed to slide, but he wanted to give it a try. He decided that it was a painful way to score. Final statistics for the season: AB 13, H 7, 1B 6, 2B 1, BA .538, R 3, RBI 4.
