Santa Train

Tonight was one of our annual Christmas traditions, a ride on the Santa Train at the Museum of Life and Science followed by dinner at Elmo's. This was our seventh consecutive year riding, though I don't recall if we ate out the first couple of years or not. The weather was damp, but a bit warmer than last year. Here we are waiting for the train to take us to the North Pole, boys in front...

...and girls in back.

Lea-Frances had her nose painted red back in 2007, and every year since has asked for her face to be painted like Rudolph (instead of something holiday-themed on her cheek).

There was a new lighted sign by the entrance,

as well as new inflatables to pose with.

I'm not sure how much longer the kids are going to want to do this, but hopefully we can continue for at least a couple more years.
