This season's soccer schedule has been really strange. When Norman first started playing, it was a 12 week season with 10 games. In the past few years they've spread the games out a bit (to ease parking issues), and compressed the season. Suddenly there were two games some weekends. This spring there were two games most weekends, times two kids: three weekends without any games (due to school breaks and holidays), one with two games, two with three games, and three with four games. Ugh! This weekend was one of the four game weekends, with the kids each having a game on both Saturday and Sunday. We lived soccer! Simon took pictures with the "good" camera at the kids' games yesterday.

We didn't take any pictures at the game today, but I did grab my camera when we returned home after the second game. It was hot, hot, hot (we'd gone out for ice cream between the games), so the kids ran through the sprinkler for a few minutes.
