Thursday afternoon we visited the Museum of Life and Science, which we do fairly often. For the first time in ages however, we not only visited the Butterfly House but also managed to be there for one of the daily butterfly releases. Norman got lucky and an Owl Butterfly was content to sit on his finger after it was removed from the mesh carrier.
Once Norman had enough, Boo successfully transferred it onto her finger.
It was so content that Boo had a hard time getting it off once she'd had enough. We tried putting it onto a leaf, but the butterfly wouldn't budge. Finally one of the museum employees helped us out by coaxing it onto her finger instead.
