Boo helped me make Simon's cake yesterday. It's a "Dirt Cake" made with layers of Oreo crumbs and a vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar mixture, and topped with gummie worms.

Happy Birthday Simon
The kids are excited because today is Daddy's birthday. That means the "Happy Birthday" banner is hanging by the kitchen table (I forgot to do it last night before bed and Boo was unhappy it wasn't up before breakfast) and we'll be having cake with candles for dessert. They've completely forgotten about presents, though I'm sure we'll buy/make/do something special before the day is over.
