Purple Lava Awards

Lea-Frances had her last soccer game of the season this afternoon, followed by an awards ceremony for the team. Snowy wore his jack-o-lantern costume ( a gift from his pal Missy when she outgrew it). He loves to eat cut up oranges at halftime as much as the players do.

Here's the team lined up for group pictures after the game. She's on the far left, almost at the end.

The coach said a few words about each player (Boo is a fearless goalie) and presented them with medals on purple ribbons. Then they lined up for drinks and snack - Halloween themed cupcakes which we brought. Such a happy smile.
