Christmas Eve

The kids finished their Advent Calendars from Grand-Pere and Gramie Margie this evening. It's hard to believe that it's already the night before Christmas. The kids sprinkled reindeer food in the yard, oatmeal with glitter that Boo got at school. Then we left a popcorn ball and a holiday wreath treat out for Santa (already consumed by Santa's helpers along with eggnog and single malt scotch respectively). Norman and Boo are nestled all snug in their beds right now, hopefully with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads. Simon and I are just settling down for a long winter's nap ...
