Block-A-Palooza - post 6

I created the final two blocks for the Block-A-Palooza quilt-along (previous post here) this week, and also redid one of the blocks that I wasn't happy with. Hopefully I'll have a chance to redo one other block before the layout is announced on Thursday, so I can get started on assembling the quilt.

I didn't like how the geese turned out in my original Block #3, since the points were cut off. We've made geese three ways in this quilt-along, and I was least accurate using the three-triangles method specified in the directions for this block. I disassembled the block, remade the geese using the five-squares-to-make-a-pair method, and reassembled the block. I'm much happier with the results this time around.
