Gingerbread Men

I had a package of King Arthur gingerbread cookie mix in the cupboard, and decided to put it to use. Instead of Christmas shapes, I made traditional gingerbread men. The kids decorated them elaborately with everything I could find: frosting, sprinkles, sanding sugar, mini chocolate chips, and cinnamon candies.


Perhaps not a typical Spring Break activity, but fun nonetheless. And yummy too.
