Norman played his last basketball game of the season today (there's a make-up game next weekend, but he'll be at a chess tournament). In fact, it may be his last basketball game in this recreational league. He didn't like playing basketball last year, but agreed to give it another try this year. He says he still doesn't like playing, and I'm not going to force him. Perhaps he'll change his mind when he's older, or when Boo starts playing in a couple of years. Or perhaps not. Either way, this has been a good experience for him. He's actually improved quite a bit. And while he didn't score, he did get his hands on the ball quite a few times this game.

... but we heckling parents managed to cajole a smile.
