Pumpkin Pancakes

Several years ago, Norman brought home a pumpkin pancake recipe from a class at the Museum of Life and Science. We've been making them after Halloween ever since (with a pie pumpkin that I buy for a centerpiece, not their jack-o-lanterns). Simon made them for breakfast this morning, and they were yummy!
