Happy Birthday Nanny Sandy

Norman's birthday box full of sweets from Grammy and Jim contained a little microwave cake kit -- complete with candle, balloon, and party blower. Since today was Nanny Sandy's birthday, we decided it would be an appropriate teatime treat. The kids mixed up the cake mix and frosting, though not without arguing over taking turns with both the mixing and the party blower. It was quite easy to make and actually quite good. They blew out the candle together on Nanny Sandy's behalf after we sang "Happy Birthday" to her.
