Cranberry Bread
Norman and Lea-Frances helped me with some of the cooking today. Here they are mixing up cranberry bread (from Everyday Food magazine). I made a batch earlier in the week figuring it would be a great adult teatime treat, and discovered that the kids liked it too.
It uses a whole bag of cranberries, but they're in a sweet brown sugar batter with turbinado sugar sprinkled on top to counteract the tanginess.
As you can see, the batter is finger licking good.
