Happy Birthday To Me

Lea-Frances has a book called Birthday Cakes for Kids, that she's been itching to use. Simon doesn't like to bake, but he and the kids spent the afternoon making me a "Kitty Kat" birthday cake. It looked great and tasted yummy too, though poor Norman had a tummy ache and thus didn't really get to enjoy it. My gift was a new sleeping bag so that I will match the rest of the family on our next camping trip. And Simon is taking me out for dinner on Friday without the kids. :-)
