Boo loves cheesecake. She bought books for everyone at the school book fair earlier this year - mine was a cheesecake cookbook. Months later I bought a pan, and more months later (yesterday) we actually made our first cheesecake. Boo helped with quite a bit of the cooking. A bit messy, but well worth it in her opinion.
